I have been a youth leader for a long while now engaged in various activities and initiatives to support the youth Mr Nicholas has 7 years’ experience in community development and mobilization especially on youth programs Currently championing for young people to venture into farming.
Also worked as the program coordinator of strengthening Nandi county CSO network.
He holds bachelor in project planning and management

He has previously worked as a coordinator for international commission of jurists on social audit in Nandi, worked with ministry of youth as the advocacy officer, worked with Aphia plus as a data entry clerk.

He is also the family planning champion at the county under DSW program.

He is also a member of equity group foundation community scholarship selection board, a member of Chepsui primary school board, he is the initiator if Kabiririsang community library, 

He is the secretary of countering violent extremism in the county, and also a board member of Kapsabet National Library
